This gem of a Gamay comes to us from Jean-Sébastien Marionnet, son of famed Loire winemaker Henry Marionnet. The grapes are fermented as whole clusters starting with carbonic maceration to keep the red cherry fruit and raspberry fruit popping. Perfect bistro red table wine, suitable for most any dinner meal.
