Refreshing citrus and tangerine fruit with a lively and complex texture with more tropical fruits and a spicy, lemony finish. 

This spends 2 weeks on the skins to extract that orange color along with some tannins and texture before being bottled with no added sulphites.

This pairs nicely with Mediterranean dishes where there's some spice and lots of citrus.
