Puny d l’Angel is the brainchild of natural wine heroes Louis Antoine Luyt and the brothers Ferré of Cellars Frisach. Luyt is the native Frenchman who relocated to Chile and founded the natural wine movement there. He recently moved back to France and has collaborated with these young guns from Catalonia. It’s a super easy soft red/white blend of white Parellada and red Carignan. The wine is loaded with soft flavors such as hibiscus, lychee, raspberries, and citrus. It’s then supported by a wet stone-like minerality.
