The blend comes together with Syrah providing structure and depth, Roussanne adding brightness and acidity, and Grenache contributing aromatics, rounded out by small amounts of Albariño, Marsanne, and Clairette. La Ferme de la Foret uses sustainable farming, minimal pumpovers, and gentle extraction to preserve delicacy & drinkability.
