60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsaut

The bruised purple-fruit qualities of the Grenache are reminiscent of cherry-cola, with hints of pink peppercorn, and freshly picked blackberries. 

The star of the show is our Grenache from Zabala, which sees whole cluster carbonic maceration for a week before starting punch downs twice a day. We added that to a rose of two other Rhone varietals, Mourvèdre and Cinsault from Lodi. Everything got blended together, to create a light and fresh red wine with subtle acidity, and rosey lift to brighten up the wine.
