Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, French Colombard, Carignane Rosé, Chenin Blanc

A reference to the astral plane, which is described as the level that connects the material to the mystical or rather, the Earth to the heavens and our dreams. The idea with this wine is to break through people’s conception of white/red/orange and make a wine that defies classification. We blended short maceration Zinfandel and Pinot (from our farmed vineyards in Sonoma) with Carignane rosé, Chenin blanc and Colombard. The wine is super fresh, fruity and juicy. Downright gulp-able.
