Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Montepulciano, Yuzu** Peel

This wine is the first of its kind, its a sugar-free, low alcohol sparkling wine with the zest of Yuzu from Japan. Yuzu peel and Riesling were macerated and infused together for four days then blended with the piquette cuvee.
