This natural Chinuri wine is made in a kvevri using Georgia’s ancient winemaking tradition—wild yeast, no additives. Sourced from the village of Plevi in Kartli, Chinuri is a hallmark grape of the region. The wine aged on skins for one month, developing a golden-amber hue. Notes of yellow fruit and green tea bring depth, while its bright acidity and gentle tannins offer balance.
Pairs well with: salads, seafood, fish, and soft cheeses.
