Fast Hearts is a fresh, refreshing, joyful skin contact wine. I macerated the grapes – a blend of 75% Pinot gris, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Riesling and 5% Gewürztraminer – for an average of 10 days on the skins before racking the juice to neutral oak barrels.

Juicy, tart cherry with delicate tea-like tannins. Crushable.
